Good volunteering is fundamental to effective non-profits - it’s the backbone of all voluntary activity across the UK.

I’ve always worked with volunteers and volunteer-led programmes. But since 2012 I’ve specialised in this field, to the extent that today I have a significant track record in analysing trends, growing programmes, measuring and communicating volunteer value and designing innovative, impactful volunteering strategy and campaigns.

With a deep understanding of volunteering psychology, the latest field research and the digital infrastructure that underpins voluntary activity, I am uniquely-placed to help you realise and increase the full value of volunteering in your social mission.
